LTX Connect is a unified platform (one-stop shop) of emerging resources, curated career cross sector opportunities, insights from Latinx leaders and trailblazers, and plug to the ecosystem supporting Latinx led businesses across tech, entertainment, media, and advocacy. Cultura, technology, and community support intersect with purpose – uplift our Latinx community across the U.S.
To best serve our community, we decided that a collective approach where different organizations from key sectors come together for action and amplified impact. After co-hosting LTX Fest amidst a multiple pandemics, we went from a regional gathering to a national (and even global) gathering of Latinx across sectors uniting to use technology, empathetic leadership, and advocacy to uplift issues impact Latinx community.
Now we evolve to a community model with partners across all sectors and all levels to increase access to innovation jobs and our narratives, spurring and growing businesses, investing and philanthropic support, and increased civic engagement. In this rebuilding back better than ever phase, we must own our power of being intersectional and intergenerational voices that have power when we mobilize for a common goal – Latinx equitable representation and leadership.
